Grown at high altitudes in the Golan Heights, cool nighttime air ensures the grapes do not overheat and produce out-of-balance juice. A nose of spicy raspberry and rhubarb accented by dried flowers indicates that this is a Pinot Noir built to please the most discriminating oenophile. On the palate, layers of cranberry, violet and tobacco keep unfolding as you savor this mysteriously beautiful wine. Yarden Pinot Noir is exquisite with a wild mushroom risotto, roast duck in a red wine sauce or a hearty fish stew.
