One of seven cru selections from Loacker, the 2017 Brunello di Montalcino Corte Pavone Fiore del Vento (an organic and biodynamic wine) is richly textured and concentrated with plenty of dark fruit, exotic spice and sweet cherry. The Fiore del Vento offers a plush and enriched expression of Sangiovese that is pleasing to all the senses.

A tempting nose with minerals and flowers on top of the spiced dark cherries, together with some mussels, minerals and a hint of iodine. Full-bodied, tight and juicy with a mineral palate. Very elegant, yet fruit-expressive. Lots of cherries in the long, pristine finish. Drink or hold.
