A classic Burgundian Pinot Noir, with soft cherry fruit aromas a beautiful delicate perfume, but with excellent depth of flavour. The tannins are fine and ripe and it has a long, delicately perfumed finish. Just beautiful.
When coming from the direction of Dijon, it is at Ladoix that the Côte de Beaune begins, right near Aloxe Corton. Ladoix is located in the northern sector of the Côte de Beaune adjoining the Côte de Nuits vineyards. The village lies at the foot of the Coteau de Corton.
